About the Role

In the world of foodies, you utterly enjoy studying and offering a mouthwatering, detailed explanation of each dish. As a Server, you strive to make each interaction unforgettable, ensuring guests return for more.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Remain educated on our menu offerings and answer questions about food, beverages, dietary restrictions, and other restaurant functions and services.
• Perform side work for each shift as required and maintain service areas throughout the shift.
• Prepare and present the final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with IRS standards of reporting income.

Requirements

• Positive energy and readiness to assist fellow support staff as a team player.
• 18 years of age or older with at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
