About the Role

As a Server, you’ll create unforgettable dining experiences by passionately guiding guests through our menu with detailed, mouthwatering explanations. Your goal is to ensure every guest leaves satisfied, eager to return, and delighted by both the food and service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests throughout their dining experience, responding promptly and courteously to requests.
• Stay educated on menu offerings, including food, beverages, dietary restrictions, and restaurant services, to answer guest questions knowledgeably.
• Perform side work for each shift and maintain service areas to uphold standards.
• Prepare and present the final bill, process payments, and report gratuities in compliance with IRS income reporting standards.

Requirements

• Positive energy and a team-player mindset, ready to assist fellow staff.
• 18 years or older with at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
