About the role

As a Server, you will create unforgettable dining experiences by providing detailed explanations of each dish, ensuring guests are satisfied with their food and service, and responding promptly to any requests. Your passion for hospitality will keep guests coming back.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests’ dining experiences to ensure satisfaction with food and service, responding courteously to any requests.
• Stay educated on menu offerings and answer questions about food, beverages, dietary restrictions, and restaurant services.
• Perform side work for each shift and maintain service areas throughout.
• Prepare and present the final bill, process payments, and report gratuities in compliance with IRS standards.

Requirements

• Positive energy and a team-player mindset, ready to assist fellow staff.
• 18 years of age or older with at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
