Responsibilities

• Provide Guests with exceptional service in a safe and clean environment
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders, clearing items as needed
• Ensure the station is properly set up and clean throughout shifts
• Greet Guests, share specials and promote restaurant offers
• Navigate stairs frequently to address Guest needs, ensuring efficient and timely service to Guests
• Accurately input orders into the POS system for the kitchen
• Maintain Guest satisfaction and address needs promptly
• Abide by all company, state, and federal regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Food Handler Certification required
• Applicable State Certification for Alcohol Service required
• At least 1 year of previous hospitality experience is preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Adequate ability to frequently bend, kneel, reach, or twist
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation required
• Adequate adherence to proper work attire standards and personal hygiene
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
