- Correctly taking food and beverage orders
- Ensuring proper steps of service are implemented efficiently and in a timely manner
- Handling transactions using basic mathematical skills

- Standing for long periods and maintaining a consistent work pace
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Keeping the work area stocked, organized, and sanitized
- Maintaining flexible availability and consistent attendance
- Following The Reedsburg Country Club's policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance
