Responsibilities

• Provide warm and friendly service from greet to the end of the dining experience.
• Explain menu choices and inform about current promotions and events.
• Upsell and suggest menu items, and collect payment for drinks and food served.
• Write food and beverage orders accurately, enter into POS system, and follow up on deliveries.
• Maintain table appearance, remove clutter, and check drink levels.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists, and perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and read English.
• Good communication skills, friendly, and people-oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, and able to multitask.
• Basic math skills.
• Passes RAMP and/or TIPS certification per state requirements, if applicable.
