Responsibilities

• Responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service that is tailored to the customer’s preference.
• Required to have an extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu, and be able to recommend, upsell, and reinforce the customers’ orders.
• Aid in assembling prepared food and condiments, adhering to Outback standards. Verify orders for accuracy and discuss them with the guest before handing them off to ensure satisfaction.
• Act as a team player, assisting throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring that every opportunity to impress a customer is utilized.
• Committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; capable of working in hot and cold environments.
• Able to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties.
• For all California-based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
