Primary Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service while adhering to the OPH Way
• Present customer food orders per Brand and company standards
• Maintain a great working knowledge of the menu
• Ensure customers are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems

Operational Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the menu with the ability to make suggestions
• Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude
• Monitor orders to ensure delivered in a timely manner
• Escalate issues to FoH and BoH Managers
• Garnish orders to Brand and company standards and per customer request
• Ensure customers are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
• Prepare and present checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes
• Collect payments
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with BoH staff
• Help food preparation staff when necessary
• Collaborate with other servers assisting when needed
• Maintain serving supplies and prep stations
• Provide service via the OPH Way
