About the Role

As a Server at Minneapolis Golf Club, you will serve food and beverages to our valued members and their guests, delivering outstanding service in a private-club environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to members and their guests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
• Maintain exemplary knowledge of restaurant menus, promotions, and daily specials
• Take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
• Retrieve and deliver orders promptly
• Replenish beverages, clear plates, reset tables, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with federal, state, local, and club regulations
• Communicate with management and kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient service
• Stock glasses, silverware, and related supplies; complete other assigned duties

Requirements

• Consistent availability to work 2–3 serving shifts per week, including weekday evenings and weekends
• Friendly, personable demeanor and professional conduct at all times
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Passion for performing duties to the best of your abilities and adapting to improve
• Enthusiasm for food and/or beverage and openness to new challenges in the industry
• Ability to think on your feet, make decisions, and work on your feet for at least 8 hours
