About the role

Deliver a high-quality dining experience on our service floor at Intown Golf Club (IGC), where we are rewriting the script for private social clubs and luxury lifestyle brands. We are seeking an experienced, driven Server to join our front-of-house team. Responsibilities

• Interact directly with members and guests by taking orders, making expert recommendations, serving food and drinks, processing payments, and handling multiple tables efficiently.
• Communicate orders clearly and accurately with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure flawless execution and timely service.
• Assist with essential opening and closing duties, including restocking service stations, preparing side items, and maintaining pristine dining areas.
• Check identification to ensure all guests meet legal drinking ages, maintaining total compliance with all local, state, federal, and IGC liquor regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of dedicated serving experience within an upscale casual restaurant, fine dining establishment, luxury hotel, or private club.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food pairings.
• Physical stamina required to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
• Friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a natural passion for elevated hospitality.
• Must be the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol.
• Full flexibility to work peak hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Pay

Stable, highly competitive $23.50/hour pay structure.
