Deliver a high-quality dining experience on our service floor at Intown Golf Club (IGC), where we are rewriting the script for private social clubs and luxury lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with members and guests by taking orders, making expert recommendations, serving food and drinks, processing payments, and handling multiple tables efficiently.
• Communicate orders clearly and accurately with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure flawless execution and timely service.
• Assist with essential opening and closing duties, including restocking service stations, preparing side items, and maintaining pristine dining areas.
• Check identification to ensure all guests meet legal drinking ages, maintaining total compliance with all local, state, federal, and IGC liquor regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of dedicated serving experience within an upscale casual restaurant, fine dining establishment, luxury hotel, or private club.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food pairings.
• Physical stamina required to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
• Friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Natural passion for elevated hospitality.
• Must be the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol.
• Full flexibility to work peak hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
