Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests regularly
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Able to lift and carry trays of food and drinks
