Responsibilities

• Present, carry, and run food by restaurant standards
• Provide accurate descriptions of menu items and courses
• Clear plates from tables
• Prepare and serve coffee and tea as needed
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance to perform essential functions
• Work well with other team members, managers, and interact with guests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a Food & Beverage Service preferred
• Experience related to dealing with the general public preferred

Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers
• Basic knowledge and understanding of math
• Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and company goals

Physical demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand on feet for an extended period
• Ability to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely

Work environment

• Restaurant, dining room, bar, wait staff and kitchen areas and other areas on property as necessary
• May occasionally be asked to go outside in all weather conditions

Pay

Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors. Pay range: $17.00–$27.00 per hour.
