Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and provide ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and suggest menu items and services.
• Create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere through guest interaction.
• Relay orders to the service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale system.
• Observe and respond to guest needs or requests.
• Present guest checks and facilitate payment, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Clear and reset dining room tables.
• Wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris, and clean booth seats throughout the restaurant.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift.

Requirements

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including mobility throughout the restaurant during the entire shift.
• Capacity to transport glass racks and cases weighing up to 25 pounds up to 15 times per shift.

Physical Requirements

• Navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate with guests.
• Move and grasp items up to five pounds regularly.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Bend and stoop as needed.
• Maintain adequate vision to ensure cleanliness and operate a touchscreen.
• Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.

In this role, you are paid the tip credit minimum wage plus tips. Actual take-home pay varies based on availability.
