About the role

30hop Lee’s Summit, MO is seeking Servers to join its team. Offering a supportive atmosphere and growth opportunities, 30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
• Guide guests through menu selections and answer questions about food and beverage offerings
• Accurately enter orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure an enjoyable dining experience
• Address concerns professionally and help resolve issues quickly
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas
• Reset tables and assist with side work, stocking, and opening/closing duties
• Process guest payments accurately
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Support fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus
• Must obtain Iowa alcohol server certification (I-PACT) within 30 days of hire

Pay

Trained Servers earn $7.50 per hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

Schedule

Shifts range from 4–8 hours depending on availability. Weekend availability is required, with a strong need for servers who can work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
