About the role

This position is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and driving engagement through strategic content creation and community management.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media goals with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search engines.
  • Experience with content creation and copywriting.
