Server Assistants / Food Runners

Position Summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a diverse team of fun hospitality associates to create an elevated, one-of-a-kind guest experience. The Server Assistant position is essential for floor operations, focusing on timely food and drink service, table and course cleaning, and assisting the service team.

Position Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed expectations
• Greet guests warmly and provide a sincere smile
• Assist the service team with food and beverage service
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in dining rooms, bar, and golf courses
• Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room
• Quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Take direction and be a team player
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned, including side-work, opening, and closing duties

Required Skills And Experience

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• High standards of guest satisfaction
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly
• Safely and effectively communicate in writing and speech

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for an entire shift
• Moving and lifting up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 30 pounds
• Working in confined, crowded spaces with high noise levels and various temperature levels
