About the role
This position is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and driving engagement through strategic content creation and community management.Responsibilities
- Create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company’s website.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
- Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive marketing strategies across channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search engines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
