About The Role

The Server Assistant supports Food Servers in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight. Candidate should be able and willing to support in other F&B outlets, including Drift and Market as needed. Open and flexible availability including early mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays are required. If you have experience as a server assistant in a restaurant, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist servers in providing prompt and courteous service to guests
• Carry full trays up and down stairs as needed
• Replace propane tanks for patio heaters
• Change beer kegs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration skills with colleagues and management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00/hr.
