Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service in a high-volume, upscale-casual environment
• Guide guests through the menu with confident food and beverage knowledge
• Create memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality
• Maintain high service standards
• Work closely with support staff and kitchen to ensure smooth, efficient service

Requirements

• Previous serving assistance experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
