Server Assistant

About the role

The Server Assistant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, working in the restaurant to support seamless service and an elevated guest experience while playing a key role in upholding service standards, enhancing the flow of operations, and contributing to the overall success of the dining experience.

This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and is overseen by the Director of Food & Beverage.

What You Will Do

• Maintaining a welcoming, professional, and positive environment for every guest
• Comprehending the food and beverage menu items
• Providing the setup and breakdown of the restaurant tables and/or bar area while maintaining an overall clean environment
• Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of

What You Bring

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure guests have the best experience possible
• Capability to maintain a high level of physical mobility
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required
• Experience in a similar role with a luxury or upscale restaurant is a plus; 1-2 years preferred

Schedule & Hours

This is a full-time position. The working hours will primarily be mornings and evenings, during the weekdays and weekends.
