Server Assistant

Responsibilities

• Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant including table maintenance and other duties as assigned
• Run food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to guests quickly and accurately
• Assist servers by ensuring orders are delivered promptly
• Clear and reset tables when needed
• Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service

Pay

• Compensation: up to $15/hr + tips
• Hourly wage will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate's qualifications and achievements
