Server Assistant El Burro Borracho - Part Time (Harrah's Laughlin)

Responsibilities

• Set & Reset Tables — Ensure all tables are fully set before and after each shift
• Maintain Cleanliness — Keep all areas clean, organized, and free of debris
• Polish Glassware as needed to maintain presentation standards
• Clear & Restock Side Stations with dishes, linen, and proper glassware
• Assist Servers with coffee, hot tea service, and guest needs
• Move & Arrange Tables to accommodate reservations and large parties
• Carry Multiple Dishes (up to 6 in one hand) without tray service
• Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations
• Promote Positive Guest Relations with every interaction
• Perform Additional Duties as assigned by the F&B Manager or Supervisor

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have 6 months of related experience or training
• Must have a Valid SNHD Health Card and NV Alcohol Card (must be obtained and maintained)
• Must have Effective communication in English, including reading and writing
• Must have Proficiency with POS and cash handling systems
• Must have Knowledge of or willingness to learn company policies and safety regulations
• Must have Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Must be able to Lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
• Must be able to Stand and walk for the entire shift, including stairs
• Must be able to Work in hot, cold, smoky, or dusty environments
