Host Cashier El Burro Borracho - Part Time (Harrah's Laughlin)

Responsibilities

• Process guest payments with accuracy, including handling cash, credit cards, and returning correct change or receipts.
• Deliver friendly, courteous service to every guest throughout their visit.
• Seat guests promptly while maintaining awareness of table flow and guest needs.
• Maintain and balance a house bank, ensuring all funds are accounted for at all times.
• Operate all POS registers within the outlet with full working knowledge of each system.
• Complete end of shift reports accurately and on time.
• Adhere to scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance.
• Exhibit the Family Style Service model in all guest and team interactions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• A valid Health Card and Liquor License must be obtained and maintained.
• Effective communication in English, including the ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Proficiency with POS and cash-handling systems, with the ability to operate them accurately.
