Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and seat them using a rotation system to maximize service.
• Communicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Clear and reset tables quickly during peak hours—aiming for under two minutes.
• Accurately process payments and return correct change or receipts.
• Maintain your assigned cash bank and complete end-of-shift reports.
• Learn and operate the POS system used by the outlet.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cash-handling experience preferred.
• Valid SNHD Health Card.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Comfort with basic math and using a cash register.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
