Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Performs food and beverage counter service including order taking, packing and food delivery.
• Inputs and controls ordering through register for each transaction, maintaining accountability for all food and drinks served.
• Maintain bank balance and count.
• Seat guests in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner while ensuring equal distribution of guests among servers.
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
• Handle initial complaints and inform manager on duty.
• Remain up-to-date on food and beverage offerings and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
• Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous cash handling and dining room host experience preferred
• Attend and complete California Department of ABC Lead Training Program
• Must be able to obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.
