Responsibilities

  • Menu Mastery: Know the menu inside-out so you can answer questions and make tasty suggestions.
  • Cashier Confidence: Handle POS transactions quickly and accurately, following all cash-handling procedures.
  • Clean & Crisp: Keep counters, floors, and dining areas spotless—table touches, trash duty, and mopping included.
  • Food Delivery Flair: Serve up meals with style and check in to make sure guests have everything they need.
  • Phone Etiquette: Answer calls with clarity and charm—yes, even when it’s busy!
  • Team Player Energy: Jump in to help other outlets when needed and keep the vibe positive.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or GED.
  • Certifications: SNHD Health Card and Alcohol Awareness (Must be 21 years of age).

Skills

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • A knack for multitasking.

Physical & Mental Stamina

  • Stand and walk for your entire shift.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 30 lbs.
  • Work in hot/cold temps and noisy or smoky environments.
  • Navigate stairs and confined spaces with ease.
