Responsibilities
- Greet Like a Pro: Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and a big smile—make them feel like Family Style VIPs.
- Menu Mastery: Know the menu inside-out so you can answer questions and make tasty suggestions.
- Cashier Confidence: Handle POS transactions quickly and accurately, following all cash-handling procedures.
- Clean & Crisp: Keep counters, floors, and dining areas spotless—table touches, trash duty, and mopping included.
- Food Delivery Flair: Serve up meals with style and check in to make sure guests have everything they need.
- Phone Etiquette: Answer calls with clarity and charm—yes, even when it’s busy!
- Team Player Energy: Jump in to help other outlets when needed and keep the vibe positive.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED.
- Certifications: SNHD Health Card and Alcohol Awareness (Must be 21 years of age).
Skills
- Strong English communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- A knack for multitasking.
Physical & Mental Stamina
- Stand and walk for your entire shift.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 30 lbs.
- Work in hot/cold temps and noisy or smoky environments.
- Navigate stairs and confined spaces with ease.
