The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting the service team by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the dining room. This role ensures tables are properly set, cleared, and reset to support seamless service.

What You’ll Do

• Aid in the delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
• Refill water, assist with bread service, and respond to guest requests.
• Support servers in maintaining section readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies.
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Aid in opening and closing duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Who You Are

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
