Part Time- Server Assistant

About the role

This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact. The Food Server Assistant primarily supports the Food Server in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Duties may shift based on operational needs, including cross-functional or hybrid support.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Food Server in serving guests
• Clearing tables
• Refilling guests’ drinks
• Performing side work and additional tasks as needed to support the team

Mental and Physical Demands

• Frequent: standing, walking, climbing stairs, interacting with guests (speaking, listening, writing)
• Occasional: lifting, pushing, sitting, stooping, and bending

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
