About the role
As a Server Assistant, you will support the dining experience by ensuring smooth operations, anticipating guest needs, and creating memorable moments. Your responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, assisting with beverage service, and collaborating with the team to maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, arrange utensils, plates, and glassware
- Remove used items promptly to maintain a clean dining area
- Deliver beverages to tables, refill drinks as needed
- Answer questions, accommodate special requests, and ensure guest comfort
- Collaborate with servers and other staff to coordinate tasks and meet service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, wipe down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and adhere to food safety protocols
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Back Server preferred
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate in English
