Server Assistant

About the role

This position assists servers with the service of food and beverages to guests and maintains a neat, orderly dining room and guest service area in a comfortably upscale and refined seafood and steak restaurant. As a Part-Time Team Member, you’ll receive perks like free admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food and shopping, and more upon receiving your Employee ID.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist servers with the service of food and beverage to guests as needed
• Pour coffee and water for guests when required
• Assist servers in restocking all dining and service areas, cleaning, and resetting tables
• Ensure condiments are amply supplied on the guest table prior to guests taking their seats
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning sheets
• Forward any guest concerns to the applicable wait staff person or supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be able to work on one's feet for long periods of time
• Must be able to stoop, bend, push, and lift up to 40 pounds

Schedule

This is a part-time, year-round position. The working schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
