Server Assistant at Meat and Potatoes

About the role

We are seeking a Server Assistant / Food Runner to support our team at Meat & Potatoes, an elevated, classic comfort-food and cocktail restaurant that also features the Rib Room—a private dining space with a rotating à la carte menu.

In this role, you will assist with re-setting tables, running food and drinks, and providing support to your assigned service areas.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
• Open availability including evenings and weekends
• Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive, team-player mindset
• Ability to work under pressure
• Love of exceptional food and drink
• Able to stand, walk, and move continuously during the entire shift, including frequent bending and stooping
