About Our Property
Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center - Benchmark Hospitality is a high-end private hotel and conference center. The property features 1,400 hotel rooms, nine restaurants and lounges, 200,000 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center, jogging trails, and sports fields. Located in Westlake, Texas, the property is closed to the public and serves all professional clientele.
Responsibilities
The Server Assistant is responsible for restocking service stations, clearing dishes from side stations, cleaning and stocking back of house service stations as well as providing assistance to the service team in a timely manner. Essential functions include:
- Clear dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware from each breakdown station in the zones.
- Clean and reset tables.
- Stock service set-up stations in each zone with glassware, silverware, linen, beverages, ice, and other essentials for service as needed before, after, and during service.
- Clean service stations as needed.
- Brew coffee and tea before and during service.
- Check in daily orders, maintain pars, and check for expired product - FIFO when restocking product.
Qualifications
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing personality with no experience required, as we will train. Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification are required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.

Pay
The pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with availability on 1st and 2nd shifts.
