Responsibilities
- Maintainspecificside-workandensurethetotalcleanlinessandsmoothoperationofthe restaurant
- Clearandreset tables
- Whencomplete,retrieveorderfromkitchen,confirmitsaccuracy,anddelivertoguestsalongwithappropriate condiments
- Handlecashtransactionsinaccordancewiththeproperty’scashhandling policy
- Basicknowledgeoffoodandbeveragepreparation,servicestandardsandguestrelationsand etiquette
- Knowledgeofappropriatetablesettings,servicewareandmenu items
- Maintainscurrentknowledgeofhotelculture,amenities,andservices,eventsinthearea,pointsofinterest,and services in the area
- Allothertasksanddutiesas assigned
Qualifications
- Atleastoneyearofexperienceinarestaurantfoodrunner role
- Hotelexperience preferred
