About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Server to join our dynamic Miss River Restaurant by Alon Shaya. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many; we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the best Food & Beverage experience to guests by exceeding their expectations.
• Anticipate, customize, and service guest’s needs before being asked.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about all available menu options.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred.
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications required.
• Work authorization in the United States.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Candidates must be able to work mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
