Server Assistant
What You'll Do
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for Members and Guests from the moment they arrive
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages, clearing tables, and resetting dining areas efficiently
- Ensure tables are perfectly set and presentation standards are maintained throughout service
- Keep service stations stocked, organized, and ready for a seamless dining experience
- Anticipate guest needs by refilling water, assisting with requests, and communicating with the service team
- Maintain clean, polished dining areas, side stations, and service equipment
- Learn Club menus, service standards, and procedures to confidently support the team
- Communicate member requests and feedback to servers, kitchen staff, and managers
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and Club service standards
- Assist with special events and other operational needs as required
Requirements
- Must obtain and maintain a valid California Food Handler Card
- RBS certification required if applicable to the role
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and perform repetitive motions
- Able to bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the shift
