Responsibilities
- Promptly clear used tableware, napkins, and refuse from tables to ensure a clean and organized dining area
- Set tables with appropriate tableware, glassware, and linens for new guests
- Assist servers by refilling beverages, delivering food items, and responding to guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area by sweeping floors, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in food service is preferred
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
