Server Assistant - 1983

About the role

Three Oaks Hospitality is seeking server assistants to support servers and manage daily tasks such as beverage preparation, payment processing, trash removal, and menu sanitization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine hospitality and establish emotional connections with guests.
• Contribute to the success of the restaurant through teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Maintain proper grooming and adhere to uniform standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant's interior and exterior.
• Set and reset tables promptly for guests.
• Sweep floors throughout the restaurant.
• Carry dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware to the dish area for cleaning.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and notify a manager if necessary.
• Communicate with managers and hosts about table availability and key updates.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Accurately perform opening, running, and closing duties.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized with the ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Food Handler Certification.
• Restaurant industry experience preferred.
