About the role

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic, experienced, and hands-on Bar Server to join their team. SHG is committed to hospitality, respect, authenticity, and continuous improvement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Sets up and seats guests
• Takes accurate food orders from guests
• Maintains proper food distribution, ensuring meals are delivered correctly and food is prepared and presented nicely
• Garnishes drinks
• Aids in bussing tables
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in a hotel/restaurant serving role
• Food safety certification preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Pay

Compensation range: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
