Evening Server/Bartender (Hilton Garden Inn-Home2 Suites North)

About the role

We are seeking the Best Servers in the city to join our team at Blue Flame Management. Our hotels include the Hampton Inn Dupont, the Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere by interacting verbally with all guests
• Present the menus and take and relay orders to the service bar and kitchen
• Mix drinks according to hotel standards
• Deliver food and drinks to guests
• Observe guests and respond to any additional requests
• Check the guest's identification to ensure they meet age requirements

Requirements

• A high school diploma
• A valid Food Safety Handler Certificate
• A valid Liquor Permit
• A valid Food Safety Handler Certificate
• The ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations
• The ability to make fast and sound decisions
• The desire to reach perfection
• The ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos
• Availability to work weekends if needed
