Responsibilities
- Stock stations with necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service
- Keep station clean
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
- Assist with the Breakfast area, including maintaining and ordering inventory necessary to operate a quality breakfast bar, and monitoring and maintaining expenses
- Maintain guest relations and guest recovery in case of complaints
Requirements
- ServSafe certification (will be provided if needed)
- Kitchen/food service and preparation experience (preferred but not required)
- Effective communication skills
- A positive and professional demeanor
- Team player attitude
- Flexible availability to work evening shifts
