Responsibilities

  • Stock stations with necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service
  • Keep station clean
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
  • Assist with the Breakfast area, including maintaining and ordering inventory necessary to operate a quality breakfast bar, and monitoring and maintaining expenses
  • Maintain guest relations and guest recovery in case of complaints

Requirements

  • ServSafe certification (will be provided if needed)
  • Kitchen/food service and preparation experience (preferred but not required)
  • Effective communication skills
  • A positive and professional demeanor
  • Team player attitude
  • Flexible availability to work evening shifts
