Line Cook (Mornings)- Hilton Garden Inn-Home2 Suites North

About the role

Blue Flame Management is seeking a Line Cook to work across three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites (a dual property location).

Responsibilities

• Stock stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service
• Maintain cleanliness of your station
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Ensure food is served simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
• Assist with the Breakfast area, including maintaining and ordering inventory for a quality breakfast bar
• Monitor and maintain expenses
• Maintain guest relations and handle guest recovery in case of complaints

Requirements

• ServSafe certification (we will help you obtain it if you are not already certified)
• Flexible availability to work morning shifts

Qualifications

• Kitchen/food service and preparation experience (preferred)
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
• Team player mindset
