JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sets up and cleans station before, during and after shift
- Takes accurate food orders from guests
- Maintains proper food preparation and presentation
- Monitors food distribution and ensures timely delivery
- Checks station for proper set-up and cleanliness
- Absorbs and follows State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations
- Knows and serves all menu items and their preparation procedures
- Totals checks and accepts payment from guests
- Assists with bussing tables and performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective verbal communication
- Exceeds guest and team member expectations
- Operates available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
- Basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds

COMPENSATION
- Compensation Range: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
