Responsibilities
- Acknowledge, schedule, and dispatch transportation requests in INSIGHT.
- Review scheduled missions in INSIGHT to ensure assignments and timely arrival of transport teams.
- Complete trip logs and trip information in INSIGHT.
- Serve as a liaison with the client regarding transportation request updates, changes, and corrections.
- Liaison with G4S supervisors and managers at various hubs to ensure coverage and scheduling of all transportation requests.
- Update the officer schedule with assigned transportation routes.
- Communicate with G4S supervisors regarding officer schedule adjustments to ensure adequate coverage of transportation routes.
- Order meals from vendor to ensure adequate meals on hand for transportation routes and processing centers.
- Other dispatch duties as assigned.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if you will be driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
- Must be a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
- Minimum of two (2) years of driving experience and a minimum of 21 years of age (as required by the Department of Transportation).
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in any combination of the following:
- Law enforcement
- Military police
- Security officer engaged in functions related to civil or administrative correctional operations
- Must be at least 21 years old or minimum required by the state, if higher.
- Must be able to read, understand, and comprehend legal regulatory rulings and guidance.
- Effective oral and written communication skills; able to write informatively, clearly, and accurately.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Problem solving and active listening skills.
- Assess and evaluate situations effectively; able to synthesize facts, concepts, and principles.
- Able to mediate conflict with tact, diplomacy.
- Team leadership skills; coaching, mentoring, motivating others.
- Setting and achieving goals.

- Prior Texas Commission License for armed security personnel.
- Possession of a current and valid Commercial Driver’s License with a Passenger endorsement.
- Fluency in multiple languages (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Possession of an active federal clearance.
- Dispatching or scheduling experience, preferably in a transportation industry related field.
- Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
