Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required
• Minimum of two years of experience in SEO, social media management, and copywriting
• Proven track record in driving organic traffic and improving website rankings
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs
• Proficiency in creating and editing graphic and multimedia content
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and boost brand visibility
• Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and optimize on-page elements, including meta descriptions, headers, and alt tags
• Plan and implement link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and search engine performance
• Manage social media accounts with a focus on engagement, listening, and responding to audiences while promoting SEO-friendly content
• Create, maintain, and manage an editorial calendar to align content with marketing goals and SEO objectives
• Produce and oversee high-quality multimedia content, including photography, videos, and graphics, that enhances user engagement
• Monitor and analyze SEO and social media metrics, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing techniques
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Communications Manager and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign goals
• Support promotional efforts for product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives
