Responsibilities Full ownership and independent management of projectsSteady growth in traffic and rankings across projectsImprovement of business metrics (registrations, FTD)Achievement of intermediate SEO strategy goalsReduced dependency of projects on the team lead/managerScaling successful use cases across other projectsInitiating new ideas and approachesCollaboration with the content teamCollaboration with the link-building teamCollaboration with the development teamAchievement of defined project KPIsBudget control across projectsTesting hypotheses to improve project metrics and analyzing test resultsPreparing pre-sale SEO audits for potential clients Requirements At least 5 years of experience in SEO, with proven successful project promotion casesAt least 3 years of SEO experience in the iGaming nicheDeep understanding of search engine algorithmsEnglish level — B1 or higherUkrainian/Russian — native proficiencyDevelopment and implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy, including content strategy, technical optimization, link profile management, UX improvements, and behavioral factors analysisKnowledge of HTML and CSS sufficient for SEO-focused code analysisExperience working with high-load and multi-regional websitesDeep understanding of all ranking factorsExperience with SERM and Parasite SEOStrong expertise in technical SEOProficient with all relevant industry toolsAbility to collaborate with developers, link builders, content managers, and designersExperience in A/B testing of SEO hypotheses and traffic split testingExperience analyzing search engine bot behaviorAbility to defend and justify SEO strategies to business stakeholdersUnderstanding of business metricsExperience mentoring mid-level specialists (task setting and guidance)Experience in automating routine tasks Will be a Plus Experience working with AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor)
