About the Opportunity

The SEO Manager role focuses on co-managing the SEO team to enhance the organization’s online presence and drive organic traffic growth. This position plays a critical role in implementing advanced SEO strategies, mentoring team members, and aligning SEO initiatives with broader marketing goals to contribute to the organization's growth and digital marketing success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO professionals, promoting continuous learning and growth
• Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and objectives for team members
• Develop and monitor metrics to measure departmental performance and report to senior management
• Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations
• Oversee all SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and link-building
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO strategies with marketing objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of SEO experience in a high-growth marketing agency
• At least 3 years of experience in people leadership and management
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices
• Experience managing an SEO team
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to evolving SEO trends and algorithms

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The total compensation for this salaried exempt role includes a base salary range of $90,000 to $100,000. Potential for bonuses. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
