We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. First, job title: SEO Manager at IDX (implied). Not to repeat as heading. We need to extract sections: - About the role: there is a paragraph: "As a SEO Manager at IDX, you will play a critical role in driving organic search performance and delivering exceptional SEO strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You'll Be Doing". That's responsibilities. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The posting has "About You" with list of qualifications. Could treat as Requirements or Qualifications. Also there is "About US" etc but that's company description, not needed. - Benefits: The posting includes "Our Perks" with list of benefits. So Benefits section. - Pay: Not mentioned. No salary. So do not include Pay. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; there is hybrid working (Tue/Wed/Thu in office) plus flexibility. That could be schedule info. The posting mentions hybrid working schedule. Should we include Schedule section? The rule: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Hybrid working details could be considered schedule. It says "Hybrid working (Tue/Wed/Thu in office), plus flexibility for when life happens". That's specific enough. So we can include Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove "An Inclusive Workplace" etc. Also remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Thus produce HTML:

  • Experience in presenting SEO performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.
We could also have Skills section separate but we can combine into Requirements. The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Requirements; we could also add Skills but it's overlapping. Better to keep Requirements only. Now Benefits:

Benefits

  • 20 days PTO, plus 10 public holidays and 2 floating days
  • Hybrid working (Tue/Wed/Thu in office), plus flexibility for when life happens
  • Dog friendly office, plus competitive rates on pet insurance for your furry friends
  • An extensive menu of health care options and providers incl. medical, dental and vision; available on your first day
  • Mental Health support including company Employee Assistance Program
  • Flexible parental leave
  • Paid community volunteer days (incl. school plays and trips)
  • Variety of competitive insurance policies incl. short/long term disability and legal
  • 401k retirement plan with company match
  • Generous Employee Referral Scheme, rewarding you for helping us build great teams
  • Employee perk program giving access to a wide variety of online discount
  • Culture Committee focused on
  • // Wait that seems incomplete: "Culture Committee focused on". The original text: "Culture Committee focused on The Role". Actually the text: "Culture Committee focused on The Role". That seems like a formatting error; maybe it's "Culture Committee focused on". But it's incomplete. Should we include? It's not substantive; it's placeholder. Better to omit that line as it's not meaningful. The original: "Culture Committee focused on The Role". Actually reading: after list of perks, there is "Culture Committee focused on The Role". That seems like a mistake; maybe it's "Culture Committee focused on". Since it's not meaningful, we should omit. Thus benefits list without that line. Schedule: we already included hybrid working in benefits; but schedule could be separate. However hybrid working is also a benefit. The rule: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could include schedule within benefits. But we already have hybrid working in benefits. If we make a separate Schedule section, we would duplicate. Better to keep schedule as part of Benefits or maybe we can have Schedule section with hybrid working details. However the instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Hybrid working details are specific; we could put them under Schedule. But we also have many other benefits; we could keep Benefits section for other perks and Schedule for hybrid working. That would be two sections. That's okay. But we need to avoid duplication. If we put hybrid working under Schedule, we should not also list it under Benefits. Let's decide: Benefits section includes other perks (PTO, dog office, health care, mental health, parental leave, volunteer days, insurance, 401k, referral, perk program). Schedule section includes hybrid working details. Thus Benefits list without hybrid working. Schedule:

    Schedule

Hybrid working (Tue/Wed/Thu in office), plus flexibility for when life happens.

Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "About US", "An Inclusive Workplace". Remove. Also need to remove duplicated lines: none. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML. Check for any missing substantive info: The "About US" paragraph about IDX's experience etc. That's company description, not required per instructions? It says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Should we include company description? It's not under the specified headings but could be included as a paragraph without heading? The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. It doesn't forbid other paragraphs outside headings. It says output ONLY the HTML fragment. It didn't say we must wrap everything in those headings; we can include other paragraphs as needed. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The company description is substantive; we could include it as a

without heading, or maybe under a heading like "About the company". But they didn't list that as a heading option. But we could still include a

with that info. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not exclusive list. So we could add a heading like "About the company" if we want. But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding another section may be thin. However the company description is a few sentences; could be included as a paragraph after the benefits or before. Since they didn't forbid extra headings, but to be safe, we can include it as a

without heading after the benefits or before. However the instruction about headings: they gave examples but not exclusive; we can still use other headings if needed. But to follow the spirit, maybe we incorporate the company description into a brief paragraph under a heading like "About IDX". But they didn't list that. I'd rather include it as a

without a heading after the benefits, as it's prose. Let's include:

IDX isn't your average communications company. With over 20 years industry experience and a portfolio of prominent global clients, our award-winning communication solutions are seen by billions every month across a global audience. We seek The Bold. Shatter expectations, push boundaries – that's the fuel that ignites our powerhouse team. Collaboration is our superpower, where we bring expertise and individuality to elevate and deliver. Rising Stars with boundless hunger, this is your launchpad. Seasoned pros who want to define their Legacy in the industry, this is your home.

That's substantive. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "An Inclusive WorkplaceIDX is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." Remove. Now final HTML. Let's construct:
