We are experts across customer acquisition channels, including FB, IG, TikTok, Google Search, YouTube, Google Shopping, LinkedIn, CTV, Affiliate, and Display marketing.
Responsibilities
- Own SEO strategy and client relationships; lead SEO conversations directly with clients as the primary point of contact for their organic search program.

- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and prioritize work.
- Execute on-page and technical SEO: optimize content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and site architecture for crawlability and target keywords.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawl budget, indexation, canonical conflicts, hreflang, redirect mapping) in partnership with client development teams, including during CMS or platform migrations.
- Implement structured data, llms.txt files, and other machine-readable content to improve visibility and citation in AI search results.
- Monitor brand visibility and citation frequency across AI answer engines and adjust content and technical strategy accordingly.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to measure SEO and AEO performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Manage link-building activity to secure links from reputable, relevant sources.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and paid media teams to align organic strategy with broader marketing campaigns.
- Stay current on search engine algorithm updates, AI search developments, and emerging SEO/AEO tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an SEO manager or in a similar SEO-focused role; agency experience preferred.

- Proficiency with SEO and analytics platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, and Conductor.
- Familiarity with AI search visibility tools (for example, Semrush's AI toolkit, Conductor's AI Search tracking, Ahrefs Brand Radar, Profound, or Otterly.ai).

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting directly to clients.

- Experience with international or multi-locale SEO, including hreflang implementation across multiple domains or subfolders.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and JavaScript rendering issues.
- Experience building schema markup, llms.txt files, or other structured data for AI/LLM visibility.
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile management, including reputation and review monitoring.
- Familiarity with paid search and paid social, and how organic and paid strategies work together.
- Project management skills, with experience managing multiple client accounts or a small team.
