About The Role

We don’t require a specific degree or experience, but we’re looking for translatable skills and relevant expertise. We will provide you with the training and development opportunities needed to build a career here!

Conducting in-depth SEO audits

• Content, on-page, technical, competitor, link, local, and offsite reputation analysis
• Turning SEO insights into clear, actionable recommendations and helping execute against them
• Evaluating content at a high level to determine if it is helpful, unique, trustworthy, and genuinely useful for users

Partnering with stakeholders

• Planning and executing SEO initiatives that align with business goals
• Serving as the connector between outlines, editorial teams, and freelance writers to support SEO-driven content production

Applying SEO best practices

• Adjusting strategies based on performance

Nice to have, but not required

• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
• Prior exposure to digital marketing or SEO concepts
• A basic understanding of HTML and how websites are structured
• Familiarity with offsite SEO strategies such as link building, online reputation management, or community engagement
• Interest in how AI and large language models can improve workflows and influence the future of SEO
